To build your muscles you have to follow many instructions to build your muscles quickly and to preserve your health at the same time, building muscles does not depend on going to weight room only but also to follow good diet that will be given to you through experts and hard working to reach the level that you wish to reach it, when you decide to build your muscles you will have to change many things in your life like your diet, your personal habits, and even your schedule will be changed because you will exercise a lot and make new activities in your life.
Food
To build your muscles you have to follow diet full of protein, protein help muscles to being built and also help it to recover from the damage that happen through lifting process, so protein helps to grow cells in the body, you will find protein in egg and dairy, meat, vegetables and grains, pulses, beside protein you will need carbohydrates in your diet to complete muscle glycogen, carbs also provide your body with constant energy, you should be aware with the amount of calories in your body because excess calories will turn into fat in your body.
Water is also very useful in the process of building muscles, that water help muscle to be strong and it increase power in human body, also oil fish is one of the most important food in building muscle process that it helps the body to recover after heavy exercise and build strong muscles in your body at the same time eliminate fat, there are also a lot of food that help you building muscles, but you must get a variety of food and do not depend in one kind of food, and you must follow healthy diet
 Patience in building muscles
You have to be patient when you are building your muscles, building muscles is a process that need time, you have to change your diet, and you have to wait your body to take a rest to rebuild your muscles and to give your muscles the time to recover after training process, you need also to be attention of the endurance of your muscles, you need to push yourself but in the required limits, and at the end you must follow the trainer advices and build your muscles in a safe way
