Building
muscles in a healthy way does not depend only in lifting weights, but
also depend on many elements that you must follow to build your muscles
in appropriate way, you have to be patient in taking experience and get
used to the process of building muscles, you must also write the results
that you reach, one of the biggest mistakes in building muscles is not
following a training plan, because training plan helps you to follow
instructions and helps you to know what level you reach and what level
you will stop at.
Common mistakes in building muscles
One of the
common mistakes that many do is to make excessive exercise, and this
mistake come from the idea when you exercise more you will gain muscles
quickly, but your body need a rest, another mistake in building muscles
is not taking correct nutrition, thinking that practice and exercise
will build muscles only, but this process need calories to compensate
expended energy and support building process of the muscles, you must
avoid junk food and drinks with sugar and follow healthy diet, also you
have to commit with a full range of exercise that the trainer train you
to do, and any dereliction of these exercises will effect on the final
results that you wish to reach, psychological stress also affect
negatively on physical fitness, and to solve this problem you have to
get rid of this stress through talking to a friend and calm your nerves,
drink much water and eat fresh food, and sleep 8 hours a day to feel
comfortable and get a better health.
You must also get a balanced
and healthy diet, eating many quantities of protein will not help you to
build your muscles, but you have to eat variety of food because your
body needs protein besides carbohydrates and other elements to complete
your diet
Building muscles is a process need a time to gain experience and get
used to your body to build muscles step by step, you must eat well, you
must follow the steps of your trainer slowly because you do not need to
harm your muscles, you must also make stretching exercises before and
after training because it is important in enhancing performance, also
taking steroids does not help you in building muscles process but it
