All of us feel pain in the body and muscles from time to time, and often that after a long exercise or when charged outgrow it to do things they do not normally.

You can reduce the likelihood of Muscle Pain by following these preventive tips, and you can feel pain when your body and your muscles.

When you start your body in the feeling of pain, the muscles feel tired because you use excessive or because it had been requested to do unusual. The best way to prevent the muscle pain is the care of your body.

Extended muscle before and after the lab.

Do some warm-up exercises and calm moderate (such as hiking Highway) before and after severe exercise

Increase the level of difficulty on small stages, and not large.

drink a lot of fluids before, during, and after the lab.

At work, Vary your activities as much as possible, and try to extend your muscles at least once every hour.
